SLUMLORDS, SLUMLORDS, SLUMLORDS!!!!!!! Avoid renting from these people at all costs!!! Where to start.....First off, took me 8 months to obtain a copy of my lease, which is supposed to be issued to you within 30 days of moving in(I finally got it the day before I gave my 30 day notice). Next, had a severe mold and moisture problem in the apartment, which ruined about $250 worth of furniture. I called the office numerous times about the issue and they did nothing to fix it. They became very frustrated when I would call, but the bottom line was a living/health issue that they could have cared less about. This went on for about 4 months of numerous phone calls where I would get someone in the office that did not want to deal with it, and telling me that someone else would call me back, but never would. This problem drove me to move out of that disaster of an apartment. Also, I gave a $50 key deposit upon moving in which i was told was being mailed to me a month ago, which I still have not seen. So, my word of advice is to NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! THEY ARE A POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!!!! 0 STARS FOR THIS RATING....I hope you listen to my advice, but if you don't, good luck to you,, because I did not have any with these SLUMLORDS.
