The front desk staff was really nice as they let me check in early on rainy day. I wanted to use the hotels laundry mat and it wasn't working so the front desk staff map quest a laundry mat in town that was convient for me to go. My room was comfortable and they had free internet service as well which was great. I went to the hotels restaurant as well and the Crab cakes were great no compliants from me. The only down side I had is when I checked out the inquired about using the computer in the lobby and was charged 15.00 for 15 minutes and it was supposed to be only 3.95. Well as I was explaining this to the front desk clerk she said that this had just starting happening (highly doubtful) and as I went on the talk about this subject she cut me off completely as if she didn't want to hear anything else I had to say. None the less she told me to sign the check out form and sent me on my way, no thanks for staying, have a nice day; she just started talking to her co-workers as if I didn't exist anymore. I've worked in the customer service field for quite some time and for a company that has won the JD powers award 5 times in a row for customer service and this irked me big time. Anyways all in all this was a great stay for the price of the hotel and the cleaniness of the hotel. I'd recommend it to others for sure.
