Problem solved in two minutes! 3/9/2009

After a total of more than eight hours phone time back and forth between Dell and Optimum with no acceptable solution to my computer problem, a total of two minutes on the phone was all it took by a knowledgeable technician, my pcfriend.com, to solve my problem. He signed off with, "Have a nice evening." There was no charge!! more

Incredible Experience! 10/6/2005

I called mypcfriend.com, LLC to service 3 of my problem computers. The owner, David, came out and took care of ALL of my problems. He fixed all three computers in just under 2 hours. I had spent end-less hours on the phone with Microsoft & Dell - with no positive results. mypcfriend.com fixed everything in 2 hours. It was the BEST $170 bucks I ever spent! more

Expensive fellow 8/17/2005

My computer was running slow and stuff since I am not such a computer savvy, I called this fellow to fix the computer. He did the entire thing in very short time although my computer did not work as brand new but it did work considerably well enough. If you not a computer savvy, get this. If you know enough computers, do it yourself. Dont waste money here. more
