Problem solved in two minutes!

After a total of more than eight hours phone time back and forth between Dell and Optimum with no acceptable solution to my computer problem, a total of two minutes on the phone was all it took by a knowledgeable technician, my pcfriend.com, to solve my problem. He signed off with, "Have a nice evening." There was no charge!!
