I cannot speak for Dr. Selick (I'm a regular patient of her partner Dr. Amy Bloomgarden - who is fabulous, by the way), but I can defend Barbara, the office manager. I spoke with her this morning in a bit of crisis, and she was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I just made another call to her (and I imagine it's the busiest part of the day) - and she walked me though yet another development in my situation. She all but saved my sanity today - and I'm glad to have this office on my side.
