That part of Evanston downtown is relatively new - Century Theater opened in 2002 I think. (if I remember correctly). It is large, clean, actually in the same place there are 2 theaters: Century 12 Evanston and Century CinéArts 6. The first one is for any movie, the second one is usually for the movies more likely to be liked by art movies' lovers. The location is perfect, close to any kind of restaurant you might think of, and just across from Borders. And, the parking is free- for 4 hours- you just have to validate your parking ticket when you buy the movie ticket(s)
