Carowinds has always been fun since I was a kid. Of course the price of admission is always going up, but I guess that's to be expected in order to have a lot of fun. There's plenty to do for the whole family, old and young. We took our 18month old daughter and our 4 year old son, and they both had plenty to do. They had rides that my son could ride by himself and rides my daughter could ride with an adult. Depending on the day you go, expect long lines for both rides and food. And don't forget your swimsuit, with a wave pool, water rides you're sure to be able to cool down.
