Very good doctors. But staff makes me feel like cattle. Sign in, fill out form, pay co-pay, etc. Not a lot of personality in the staff. They are just doing their job, processing the clients through. And as long as you have to wait sometimes, I think they have a lot nerve to charge if you miss your appt. Perhaps if some appts were missed, they would be able to keep up with their schedules. Over scheduling just doesn't make sense to me. Missing work means loosing money to a lot of women. Our time is valuable too.
