Our first attempt at signing up with broadband internet was not a good experience. We came across Visual Lease Services at a booth set up at a local festival. They told us about, and demonstrated, their high speed internet capabilities. They are a small company, and were anxiously recruiting new customers. They assured us that their services would work in Wewoka, so we signed up. We ended up paying close to $200 to get our service set up at our home in Wewoka. We went through close to three months with horrible internet service. It would work sometimes, and other times, it just wouldn't. We never could get up to full speed. The guys who run the internet service were apologetic, and tried everything they could to get the service to work for us, including installing a huge pole on top of our home, but the signal just wouldn't come through strong enough or accurate enough. Although they tried to get it to work, I was very unhappy with the money that we lost with the installation, and the fact that they continued billing us after we discontinued service. Especially since during the time we had our services with them, we couldn't get a reliable internet connection and we were paying fifty dollars per month! This greatly lowered my opinion of their company and the people running it. I think they could be good if they were actually set up in your area, but after the money we lost, I would not sign with them again, even if they were to get a tower in our town.
