Warranty claim thru Lowes mandated I use this place. They call set up appt. Asked if I preferred morning or afternoon but no guarantees. I'd prefer afternoon if possible. Said they would call the day before. No call what so ever. I took a vacation day to be home. I call them that afternoon. Said they screwed up I would have to re schedule, they would not work with me on a time of day. Even though they screwed up. Only response that she had was should have called sooner. Hell of a way to run a business. Complaint already filled with lowes contacting LG and BBB. Would not recommend. Find a business that will work with you. Not this one.
