We took our S60 in for its regular scheduled service and after spending $700.00+ they broke our windshielD and scratched and dented the fender. When we pointed out the damage, they said that it could have happened anywhere and would accept no liability for the damage, but of course were willing to fix it for $750.00. After asking the service manager for the owners name and ph #, he said the owner wasn't in - We called the # from our cell and the owner answered!! He WAS there - the service Manager lied. We spoke with the owner, who was a complete pompous A**, and got nowhere. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS "STEALERSHIP". NEXT STOP - BUREAU OF AUTO REPAIR TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!!
