Included is a hair wash and conditioning, which is more than just a quick rinse. they take the time to massage the shampoo and conditioner into the hair for minutes at a time, and your hair feels healthier than ever following one trip to keldara. they will never make a mistake when it comes the the cutting, and they are far more reliable than any barber i have ever had. this reliability is what draws me to keldara each and every time.
