We ordered a spa a couple of years back while at the LA County fair. It turned into a complete disaster when the owner of this spa shop decided he would no longer install the vaulted spa we ordered. After much searching, we could not find any independant contractor to install the spa and decided to cancel the order. At that point the owner decided he was not going to refund our deposit - fortunately the manufacturer got involved and after alot of hassle we got our money back. Stear clear of this dealer.
