This is the "main" Wells Fargo Branch location in Denver. I have been there a couple other times in the past have gotten good service. The last time I went in, I needed some assistance with my account. The issue was the exact same issue I had the previous time I had visited, and that particular customer service employee was very helpful and friendly. She was great. Hopefully she got a new, better job. The last time I went there, a guy was at the desk. The two customers before me were young, 20-ish women. He was very friendly and smiley with them, but as soon as I stepped up, his smile disappeared, and after I explained my issue, he refused to help me. He said, in a rather angry tone of voice, that he wasn't allowed to do what I was asking, regardless of the fact that the last time I was in there the other employee did exactly what I was asking him to do. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused. He said his sup would tell me the exact same thing. Rather than get into another long line or make a scene with someone who obviously has issues, I called a Wells Fargo's phone teller. This person not only handled my issue immediately, she apologized for the guy at the customer service desk, and admitted that he wasn't doing his job. more
