This is the "main" Wells Fargo Branch location in Denver. I have been there a couple other times in the past have gotten good service. The last time I went in, I needed some assistance with my account. The issue was the exact same issue I had the previous time I had visited, and that particular customer service employee was very helpful and friendly. She was great. Hopefully she got a new, better job. The last time I went there, a guy was at the desk. The two customers before me were young, 20-ish women. He was very friendly and smiley with them, but as soon as I stepped up, his smile disappeared, and after I explained my issue, he refused to help me. He said, in a rather angry tone of voice, that he wasn't allowed to do what I was asking, regardless of the fact that the last time I was in there the other employee did exactly what I was asking him to do. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refused. He said his sup would tell me the exact same thing. Rather than get into another long line or make a scene with someone who obviously has issues, I called a Wells Fargo's phone teller. This person not only handled my issue immediately, she apologized for the guy at the customer service desk, and admitted that he wasn't doing his job.
