Since they also do home windows & screens, I took in 2 typical (24"x51") window screens. Was told "it shouldn't cost too much, we'll call you when they're ready". (they would NOT commit to a price, I found out why) 3 months later they called, told me my 2 screens for repair came to $41.50 + tax. This amounts to $21.25 per screen for repair!!! Tyndall Hardware (while still in business) would repair for $8 each, & other businesses will make from scratch for about $15 (The Window Shop). Left them, since it'll be cheaper to have them made by The Window Shop. I couldn't believe it, 3 months to repair 2 window screens & then want me to pay $41.50 for them!!! They might be acceptable for insurance work, but for straight "out of pocket" repairs, NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
