Kaiser is well known across the nation as a huge primary care facility for people with HMO insurance. For that reason, I was not expecting to be pampered at all when I went in for my bladder infection or UTI. But, at the very least, I had expected to maybe see a doctor or even a nurse after a few hours of waiting on the day of my appointment. To my disappointment, they were booked up heavily and I could barely stand to wait another second. I was forced to go back on another day when the condition had worsened. The only good thing about Kaiser is the late hours that they are open.
