I teach at a preschool, and I buy alot of great stuff here! Everything from Art supplies to Books. I would recommend this even to people who do not Teach. The prices are fairly reasonable. I have never had trouble parking. They do offer free Saturday Art Project/Activities for children. One day my daughter and I spent 2 hours in there!

Sure the view is great, if you are sitting close to the window. My husband and I went to Salty's for our anniversary dinner-a gift from our neighbor. We were really excited. We have heard from friends that Salty's has a fabulous Brunch. We wanted to go to dinner without the kids though. We had reservations, but still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. That alone was so irritating. The food was just mediocre, nothing to rave about. Overall we were very disappointed and will not go back again. After eating there, we both wished we had just gone to Red Robins or anywhere else.

I love the Northgate Ross Dress for Less! I have always found great deals there. My daughter shoes ususally cost around $9, from brands like Kenneth Cole, Stride Rite, Carters. I also buy her jeans there, good prices as well. It is more difficult buying clothes/shoes for my osn there though, never have his size (5T). Overall it is very clean and organized. I do not like the stairs that they have leading into the store. I just worry my daughter might fall. The worst Ross is located in Tukwila by Southcenter Mall. That place is disorganized, clothes all over the floor, merchandise is dirty or broken. Perhaps it is the people who shop at that store, but still! plus they always have lines that reach back to the dressing rooms. You have to really want whatever you are standing in line for! I haven't been to the Ross in downtown Seattle for a long time now, cannot tell you what its like. I know it is better than Southcenter Ross though!

First Experience: Ok, so in October of 2004, we wanted to look at a van they had posted online. We called in advance to get some info on it. We got there, ofcourse the caravan is the base model, exactly not what we were looking for. Ofcourse they had a couple of other vans we "might be interested in." We checked them out, and ended up driving one home, a really nice 2004 Chrylser Town & Country. My husbands idea. That overall experience is what I would call average. I have had various dealers tell me that they had a certain vehicle still on their lot, and when we get there it's "Oh, we must have sold it, would you like to look at....." We actually loved the Town Country Van.
Second experience: Even thought we loved our T &C, it had a couple of problems. Since it was still under warranty, we took it back to Bill Pierre to have it serviced. Their Service department sucks. They are very friendly and helpful taking appointments and helping you with the warranty people. But their mechanics suck. It took 4 trips to the service department to fix the problem. I would drive it home and still hear the knocking sound they were suppose to have fixed. Then the straw that broke the camel's back was when the mechanic forgot to put in the large bolt that attached the wheel to something very important(I don't know all the technical terms). Now, along with the knocking sound there was a grinding sound after picking it up from Bill Pierre. That metal piece that was suppose to be bolted could have gotten stuck in the wheel while driving ad cause a serious accident! The guy who handles the appointments was very upset about this, and ofcourse they fixed it right away!
Third experience: We actually Totalled the van we bought from Bill Pierre on christmas 2005. Fun Stuff. So since I really liked my van, I started to look online again for another Town & Country. Found a couple, called bill pierre up, they said "stop by we will have it out front for you". I get there, no one knows what I am talking about. They cannot even find the van I had called about. Disappointed, I went home without a van. They tried to show me several others, but they were not vans I had found online with all the specifications we wanted. They lost a sale that day.
I won't buy another vehicle there again.

I love this fred meyer. They have a great selection of everything. The deli is ok, but not as good as the U-Village QFC. As a somewhat new dog owner, I wish they had a better pet selection. There are good sales/cleareance items throughout the store. I have just started using the free 1 hour childcare, and both of my kids love it (3 & 6 years old) I was weary at first-don't like leaving my kids places, but Jenna the girl who works there is fabulous. There is also a Starbucks outside, and a Tully's insde. Also a WAMU (best bank eve). Parking is always easy, several doors to enter store. Great Store!

When we used to live in the Udistrict, we used to frequent Eastlake Azteca. The service was great, food delicious. The staff is also very helpful, I cannot even begin to describe. When we abstain from beef on Fridays during Lent, the staff created a seafood type dish for us. We tried to r-order it once at Azteca Northgate, and they thought we were crazy. Both restaruants are clean and inviting. Our favorite is still on Eastlake.

My husband and I liked todai's, but not Loved it. I haven't expeienced all of the negative responses posted here. The restaraunt has always been clean, sushi replenished. Service is fast. They do have a large variety of food to choose from. I disagree with the dessert bar. There is always about 5-10 different desserts. 10 is being generous. The shrimp/prawn tempura is delicious. We only go on birhtdays now, the birthday meal is free with another paid meal. Our favorite Sushi place is in Vancouver BC. Shabusen. that too is also a sushi Buffet. Although you have to order from a slip of paper and they bring it out too you after sushi chef slices/prepares. They too also have other stuff than sushi. Dessert not too great though. Everything else - So good. Love Shabusen!

We love Thai Siam. The place is simply decorated, but the food is delicious! I do not know his name, but there is a nice gentleman who is always there when we drop by, he knows our names and can remember our favorite dishes! Everyone there is friendly. They even know us when we call for a pick up order! Do they know us by caller ID or by the sound of our voice? Do not know. They have a fundraising dinner once a year in August, and they donate to different charities - some local and some international. Once I had a pick up order, but could not leave the car. I had two sleeping children. I called the restaraunt and they walked my order out to my car. They did this with a geniune smile. I always leave a generous tip. We live in West SEattle now, but still drive to Ballard just to eat there. LOVE this place!

I too agree with everyone else who has posted a positive rating for Dr. Bowe. He has been my daughter's doctor since birth, and we found him quite by accident. We were having some issues with our insurance and ended up seeing Dr. Bowe on a whim. We liked him so much that my older son sees him now as well! He has been our doctor for almost 3 1/2 years now. He is open, honest, patient, and not at all judgemental. I also LOVE Murielle his nurse! She too is fabulous! It is quite busy, but I have never had to wait long for our appointments. The front desk staff is also very helpful. We do have a little trouble scheduling our children's yearly appointments-but I believe that is because both of their birthdays fall in August-right before the Back to School Rush. I give Dr. Bowe 5 stars!
