After so many 5-star reveiws do you need to read another? Probably not, but I'm writing one anyway! I met Kevin a few years ago (while getting my hair cut at Old Glory Barbershop) and will not go to another shop now. Kevin is very cool, talented, and experienced.
I recently went to the new shop on Stanford for the first time and it's great! I took a friend with me and she was very needy and nervous--all the guys in the shop were so patient with her (she was driving ME nuts!) and tried hard to put her at ease. I'm a collector and I love going to see Kevin and Rex every time! They treat everyone with courtesy and professionalism, if you're a nervous first-timer or an avid collector.
All the artists I've met at Riptide--Kevin, Deke, Guillermo, and Rex who is occasionally there--take the time to help design unique and specialized pieces. They are great guys and talented artists. They take pride in their work and want their clients to be happy. Check out the website!
Oh, about parking....I had no trouble finding street parking.

After calling several local waxers, I chose to go with Tania because of her return phone call...I could tell that she takes pride in her work & knows what she's doing. She is as gentle as waxing can be & treats your "canvas" as a work of art! She also goes beyond her duty by letting you know of things that aren't 100%. (for me, she showed me a dry patch of skin that I had NO IDEA I had because of the location)
She is one who truly cares about her work AND her clients! I recommend her to EVERYONE!
Pros: Explains EVERYTHING very well!
Cons: The location is a little confusing at first.

Can't beat the prices, has everything I need and if you like raquetball, it's the only option in the Marina area.
The negative comments on here are exagerations, check it out for yourself, it's a good gym.

I've been seeing Dr. Shawn since day one at Clear Medical. Whether it's Botox, Restalyne, or Juvederm, I've never been disappointed with the results. He never goes overboard and the results are natural. Prices are reasonable and parking is free on Saturdays.

I was lucky enough to have been introduced to Easy Fitness by a friend. For about 2 years I've been complaining about my weight and fitness level. I was just not feeling good about myself. I would exercise now and then, but was never consistent with it. I would get discouraged and then stop.
Then, for Christmas a friend gave me a gift certificate to try her gym for a month. I was impressed with Easy Fitness from the first day. The trainers are very encouraging and the atmosphere is very friendly. I am now starting my second month and will keep on going. My experience has been totally life changing.
Pros: Very affordable group training and nutrition counseling

I was referred to Laser Away by a friend and satisfied customer for many years. I have to say I was uber impressed with Nora and Cherie. You can buy Botox in units of 100 so it is less expensive, they make deals with you on 2 vials of Juvederm and they use Lidocaine with the Juvederm, small needles and have dental blocks and numbing cream if you need it. I was very concerned about bruising and about not noticing a difference...all of that was put at ease immediately. Highly recommended and ask for Cherie.

Forget hectic, crowded, self-conscious spas. This one is homey and quiet with - is it true? - free street parking. Angie does very careful lash tints and brow waxes and doesn't get fussy when you have specific guidance for her. Because the spa is so small, I love the fact that when I'm there for an appointment, I am usually the only person there. I also like supporting a small business owner, rather than a large, impersonal chain.

I'm a client for 10 years and very satisfied!Manegment and staff are very friendly. THey are constantly upgrading the tanning beds and allways take the tim to reminde me if I can get a better deal for my money!Highly recomended and parking is great.
