I had an awful experience at this particular Great Clips. I guess I just did not know what was included in a standard hair cut. They did not wash my hair or blow dry it. Basically, I showed the woman a picture of the style I wanted and it looked nothing like it. The layers were really uneven and they were cut off in chunks, not gradually. I was really unsatisfied with the service and the skill level of this woman. I would NEVER go back there or to any Great Clips because I question the training the employees have received.
