This store is very unfriendly. I'm tired of going there and if you don't buy something from them they cop attitudes and act as if you aren't worth their time. I've just been very forgiving thats why I keep going there and it's convenient on my way home. Anyway an incident aroze today... I needed help with a screen protector and they refused me because I didn't buy it from them! Seriously they just didn't want to do it either. How rude. lve been a long time customer and this gives them a bad rep. I won't ever refer anyone to t-mobile with that kind of service. I called another t-mobile store close in radius and they politely offered to put the protector on for me. And explained therd US no rule or policy the they aren't allowd they have a choice.. Its sad that the store who told me they shouldn't do it had the excuse if they mess up they advent responsible well it's your job to know how to do it. Anyway I'm very displeased. I don't see how they stay in business at this location. If you don't plan on spending some cash or buying their products stay away. Just rude and inconsiderate employees. more
