The food at Randall's is great. It's not too expensive, and it happens to be delicious. They have light choices, so you don't feel like you need a wheelbarrow to get you out of the restaurant when you're finished.
However, all of the times I've been there have been very disappointing, because the service is terrible. They seem to only have one waitperson, and she is either very apathetic or just rude. Normally I can ignore bad service if the food is great, but I can't abide service this bad. I probably won't go to Randall's again any time soon.
