Baxter's is a nice place for breakfast, is usually very busy and has many "regular" customers who support the business on a daily basis. The prices are reasonable, but the food and service qualities are questionable. You never know if you are going to be waited on right away or if the staff members are too busy visiting with other customers or each other to take your order. The food usually tastes good, if it reaches you when it is still hot. I do occasionally eat here with my in-laws, but it is not a preferred place for me.
