I do not know what happened with the other reviewers before me, but I have nothing but great things to say about Aliso Air! I have been using and recommending them to everyone I know for over 15 years. They have always been promt, curtious, and very knowlegeable. I have never, nor anyone I have ever referred to them, had a problem. They have always maintained my equipment, all at a great price, and never tried to sell me any equipment or services I did not need. The only reason they are so busy during the summer and have a long wait for service, is because they are that good and honestly priced. The salesman told us that any company in the middle of the hot summer that can be there that day, has a problem with keeping a customer base and will likely gouge you for the quick repairs! Recently I decided it was time to change the 20+ year old system and called a few companies to look at the job and give competitive estimates. Aliso Air was the lowest priced by far, and even threw in a few extras that the other companies were charging me for. The salesman that came to my home was very knowlegeable and detailed. He arrived at the exact minute we scheduled the estimate for, and was the only one from 4 competing companies to do that. He was also the only one to bring a ladder in and actually get into the attic and check all the ductwork. He set us up with a very quiet and effcient system, and even offered us an Edison rebate that Aliso Air qualifies for, that none of the other companies even mentioned. The installers were clean, professional, and very curtious. They arrived on time, worked hard the entire time, and cleaned everything up when they were done. They walked my wife and I through the entire system and operation, and did not leave until we were fully educated on the enire operation. Overall, we were so pleased that I will continue to tell any of my neighbors, family and friends to use and rely on this company.
Pros: Clean, knowlegeable, curtious employees
Cons: Couple of day wait for service in the summer

I have kids so going to get my car serviced is no easy task. Family Honda has a kids room with toys and tv that makes the time go faster. They also offer coffee and bottled water and usually have a bowl of fruit and/or doughnuts.
An oil change usually takes only twenty minutes and is cheaper than the quickie lube spots. If you are a frequent customer then the service advisor will often give you 10 percent off or even a free oil change. They really reward your loyalty here.

This Petsmart moved to RSM from Foothill Ranch a little over a year ago, and what a great decision it seems to have been. Every time I go into this store, there are plenty of customers and they are always well stocked. The one drawback I have noticed on several visits; however, is that they seem to lack enough employees-especially cashiers. The last three times I have been in this store, I have had to wait in a pretty long line. However, the staff has always been friendly and tries to be helpful.
