Four stars for Belltown Billiards. This place has no identity issues. It's a mid-twenties meat-market that passes for a pool hall. On nights there's a DJ, the dance floor is the sketchiest one in belltown and the crowd is fun. Amber it's not and that's what makes it fun. One of the few (only??) places in belltown to even play hip hop, so if you're looking for that you don't have much choice. It has an unusually diverse crowd of city slickers, suburbanites, cow-pokers and tourists, which makes it a lot of fun if you like people watching. And no cover. NO COVER.
