I had a very bad experience with this company and would not recommend them. Their salesperson promised the world and knew absolutely nothing about the product they were installing (a Rinnai tankless water heater) or what the possible consequences of installing this product might be (ie, some of my fixtures are not compatible with the product, long delays in getting hot water to point-of-service, etc.). Bottom line is that the water heater does not work very well, after I went to great expense to have it installed.
Brennan refused to do anything about the installation, and even collected the remaining 50% of the bill from my VISA account without any authoriztion from me -- even before completing the job.
