Jasper's has been here for a long time. Think TGI Fridays, but nicer. It's a much better decor than 'thrift shop restaurant' decor. The food is decent, covering salads, sandwiches and entrees. Very good French Onion Soup. I would stick with appetizers, salads and sandwiches here, avoiding the entrees. Prices are reasonable.
