Good: The owner is friendly and I like to support local businesses in town.. Bad: That the parts he installed kept breaking down and that he did not return my phone calls and then blamed it on his voicemail not working. Improvements: Dissatisfied with every aspect. Other: I had the power steering pump replaced and when I picked it up I could barely turn the wheel. They said it would get better as I drove it. Two days later it was unsteerable, brought car back and the pump had failed. Again, picked the car up and steering was better, but not normal. They said to drive it for a while. Drove it for a week and steering kept getting worse. I called them several times but they would not return my phone calls. I Had to go in person before they agreed to replace the pump again..
