Ok, maybe one day I'll actually eat a meal at Hong Sing. But the mushy offerings I see simmering out all day in those aluminum trays just isn't all that appetizing. However, one day walking by their big window I saw these gorgeous, white, fluffy bbq pork buns. I had to have them. I threw down my 60 cents and… oh… they are soooo good. Like if clouds had little bits of chemical-red-dyed sweet pork in them and you could eat clouds. But you can't, so that's why the Chinese invented steamed buns. These are as good as I've had anywhere. Glen Park, pork buns... whodathunk? more
