Franklin automotive is an honest automotive dealer with reasonable prices. I have had most of my automotive needs fulfilled by them since living in Auburn. From my experience they will not overcharge you or try to sell you something your car doesn't need. Also, if they make an error they will fix it without charging you something. I know this should be expected, but not all automotive places are like this. They are also very friendly and will not talk down to you or use complicated words just for the sake of using them. Their waiting area is a little cramped and their TV is kind of small. But they do have a large selection of up to date magazines. Overall, I would recommend dropping your car off and coming back when it is done.
