I've been to Tandulgence quite a few times for the Magic Tan spray-on tan. I always end up buying one of their packages (10 spray tans for $50, for example), although I never end up using all of them.
The staff is so-so friendly (mostly high-schoolers), but I'm usually in and out of there within 15 minutes.
I haven't used the tanning beds, so I can't rate those, but the rooms all look clean.
