The Mona Lisa is *the* best special occasion restaurant in Nampa. I've only been there a couple times for special anniversary dinners, but it is sooooo nice. Candlelight, wine, fondue. . . the atmosphere is lovely. When we were there one time, we saw a guy drop to one knee and propose--that's the kind of restaurant it is. (She said yes amid much applause.) I look forward to going back.
