Good: Once a year I have issues with the sewer system at my house and I can always count on Roto-Rooter to help me out, no matter the time of day or the season. They're like the post office - neither rain, nor sleet, nor gloom of night.... Bad: Nothing. The repairmen who show up are always curteous and professional.
