Tres Hombres is a good Mexican restaurant, especially for the size of town Carbondale is. It is frequented by a mixture of locals and college students. They always give their good salsa and chips with your meal and offer a variety of menu choices.
They have a bar to the side of the restaurant where you can also order food. They have a couple of games and lots of seating. At night, the bar area is a popular place for college students to go to since they have dj's and bands at times. It is not a huge or rowdy bar but you can enjoy a night out without most of the Carbondale craziness.
