I went to Jade for my round tickets to China last summer. I got my tickets for 780 dollar at the time I made the phone call and reserved it. It was a much cheaper price compare to any online booking and was the cheapest among the few traveling agents. However, when I went to pay for the tickets the next day, I was told that the price had gone up for 10 dollar. It was only 10 dollar. So I paid. While I was expecting my ticktes right away, I was told it took a few days for them to actually get the tickets. I called again a few days later and was told my tickets were ready. I went there only to find that they still needed to send someone over to another agency (my guess) to get the tickets. I waited there for at least half an hour before I finally got my tickets and left.
