Half Price Books is a perfect haven for me - lots of books (many of them new or at least in great shape) at bargain prices. Half Price Books has books, magazines, CDs, and even some gifts, stationery, and knicknacks. The selection at Half Price Books is very wide, particularly for the books that are in new condition. I always leave with at least one thing! Ask for a calendar at the beginning of the year - they always have some coupons that are good throughout the year. The only downside to Half Price Books is that the few times I tried to sell books to them, they don't give very much money for things - I made more money selling my books on Half.com. But as a buyer, it's a booklover's dream!
