This is one of those stores that at first it totally sucks you in with the bright colors and funky stuff....especially at xmas when you are stuck for present ideas. But for me.... I find I look, and I look , but I never buy. Good for the wallet but after several trips I now skip it totally unless I am specifically looking for something quirky. That said...if it is a crappy, rainy day and I have some time to kill....I would pop in here for a chuckle!

I love this sweet shop because it has a mixture of all worldly candies. yeh, it is a little pricey but considering most of it is stuff you can't find anywhere else unless you go to an expat store and you would have to go to several to get the range you get here. Basically...you will be like a kid in a candy shop (groan!)

Love this! I live here and have been on them a few times..... great way to entertain visitors for an hour or two. My best tip is to go early in the day because they get booked out VERY quickly in low season but especially in summer. The drivers are pretty quirky and some have driving skills that leave a little to be desired but that makes it fun. If you have anyone in your party who is a prima donna then don't sit near the back of the bus as when it hits the water there is some splash back. I had friends here in November and one got really socked and was freezing for the last half of the tour and whined a bit. The rest of us thought it was pretty funny.

Their downtown location is great although beware the weekend hours ) important of you have a late drop off as you will have to take the car to the airport to drop off). The cars are always clean and we have often had a free upgrade (which we declined a lot lately with high gas prices being what they are!)

I highly recommend them if you are looking for a corporate job. I have stayed clear of employment agencies, mainly because I have friends in the business so I see what goes on but I am happy to say that after being introduced to my recruiter at Monument it was a great experience! They are a young, vibrant firm and everyone seems to enjoy what they do and that seems to translate over . I have only met 3 of the recruiters so would recommend Meghan, Jen & Nelson.

If you like to line up outside ( in sub zero temps in winter!) to make it inside and be squashed up next to stinky frat boys then you will love this place. It's either college students or tourists that like the Shamrock. I know very few other people who would go here unless it is an obligatory spot on a pub crawl or a bachelor \bachelorette party. Think fake irish bar that every town/city has, nothing authentic about it.
