cheap japanese food. the raw fish doesn't look so good so i've never ordered it. i will only eat the cooked food and rolls. even the rolls are not great but can't beat the price. if you feel like eating rolls but not spending the money, then kitaro is the place to go. and that's why this place gets crowded.
