Can’t Keep a Good Thrift Store Down

Some of you may remember the thrift store on Colfax with the great big giraffe at the front of the building, that was displaced in order to make room for the huge Wal-Mart that went in on the corner of Wadsworth and Colfax. I shopped at Unique Thrift Store years ago, and actually DID find that it was pretty unique, with treasures and prices that you don’t find at most thrift stores. Well, apparently the thrift store is still around, just in a different location: Arvada, to be exact. It was always a great thrift store, and I’m sure it’s just as good in its new location!
