Tutti Quanti's serves ok casual Italian food for lunch and dinner. The food here is just ok- the ingredients they use are typically from a can and do not taste like anything special, but are edible. The prices here are low as well, which is nice. However, the service here is seriously lacking. Not only does the waitstaff tend to ignore the patrons- but it ALWAYS takes forever to get your food. Last time, our party of 4 waited for 30 minutes just to have our order taken. It's a bit ridiculous!
