When I host a dinner for friends and family I always purchase the meat for the meal at Town and Country Meats. It is a small meat market but they have some really good meat. It is fresh and delicious. I usually purchase ground chuck or Brisket. If it is going to be a barbque, I definitely purchase the brisket. My hubby smokes the brisket and it is out of this world good. I always trek right on over to Town and Country Meats to purchase my party making meats.
