Baked is a small bakery specializing in cakes on Red Hook's commercial strip. It may be out of the way for most Brooklynites, but it's worth the trip, especially since it is pretty easy to park in this neighborhood. They make fabulous cakes using the best high quality ingredients - expensive but totally worth it. You can custom order birthday or other cakes, or buy slices at the store. They have a small seating area, but their specialty is custom order cakes.
