I just wanted to send you a quick note about my upgrade experience. Chad and his team were absolutely great. Chad followed up with me everyday to let me know what was going on. My upgrade took place when we had the 4 days of ice and snow and still everything went very smoothly. Granted it was a little delayed due to pipes bursting in other apartments. But, Chad made sure I knew what was going on everyday and when they would be able to start up again. Chad and his team were great to work with.
