Dr. Noda goes the extra step with each patient - always thorough, never one to cut corners. Patients can leave feeling they've been given a competent exam. His old-fashioned attention to detail and service alone warrants a perfect rating. However, his office also carries a nice selection of frames, and the staff is friendly and considerate also.
