I can never understand why more people don't eat at Noodle. The rice and noodle bowls substantial, and consistently spiced. The vegetables are quite fresh. For seven to nine dollars an entree, you can't ask for too much more. There's a decent beverage selection, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Moreover, the restaurant has both inside and outside dining spaces so that you can almost always find a table. In fact, the restaurant is usually half-empty even on weekend nights. Which brings me back to the question of why more people don't eat here. Perhaps it's not as trendy as some of the other names on the street, but the food is actually as good, if not better.
