I've been to this Darcars Toyota Service many times for oil change and car wash. The service here used to be horrible. Mainly the waiting was real bad. This has great improved. They have cut the wait for oil change from 2 hours to 1 hour.
It was raining so they recommended that I not do the car wash and gave me a gift certificate for a free car wash at a local gas station to be redeemed within ten days. They also told me they do not clean the car from the inside, which they used to do.
They also have a free coffee machine the waiting area, which is a total of 3 rooms. I made an appointment prior to coming there. I didn't have to wait to meet a customer service person.
