ok, Pho Cyclo in Sodo is arguably the best Pho not only in seattle, but i'd throw in SF as well. (I'm comparing it to Sais in the financial dist)
the new location up on broadway is also great, but they are still ironing out the kinks since it just opened.
actually, disregard this review....don't go to Pho Cyclo because it's already too busy.
very clean, very nice people working there, broth is unbelievable, outstanding value.
