When I decided to become a veggie/vegan, I thought that my Pho days were through. Then I found Moonlight Cafe and hope was born again. I love their vegan pho and not to mention their whole vegan menu. The pho is a bit on the sweet side, but that is easily remedied with some peppers and hot sauce. The atmosphere is not fancy but the food is wonderful and really reasonably priced. The staff is really awesome too. It is a great place for veggies and meat eaters alike!
As for the smoking and karaoke, there seems to be no more as far as I can tell. I have been there at least three times now and I have never seen smoking or heard loud music. I guess they got wise!
