This townhome community is filled with families. There are lots of children around so use cation while driving through. The complex has an outdoor pool, a clubhouse, workout center, and business center. The recently added privacy fences to each unit. The rent is higher than most in the area though. I would not reccomend their smallest unit with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms as the kitchen is less than adaquate!! However the other units all have much larger kitchens. Any repairs are done quickly too.
