For YOU, the old guy, the owner: you could have shown some respect to your customers!!! Now you have lost us, one of your LOYAL customers for NINE years!!! We had always spent hundreds of $$ in YOUR store and we will never shop there anymore! We'll go to other Grocery Outlet but yours!. Other: We had been shopping in this particular location for about NINE (yes, NINE) years. The old guy (white guy, white haired) was rude. Last month when we were there, my kids were playing with a ball at the toy aisle. One of them (my 3 y/o) threw the small ball at the floor and tried to pick it up. The owner YELLED (repeat: YELLED LOUDLY) at my kids, "Hey, don't play here!" Then he saw my husband who was next to them and YELLED (repeat AGAIN: YELLED LOUDLY at my HUSBAND!!!!!!), "Hey, watch your kids!!!".
